Face-to-face interpreting

We come to your location to perform face-to-face interpreting between your staff and your clients or patients.  We're available on-call or for pre-scheduled appointments.
While Spanish-English medical and social service interpreting is our specialty, we also provide Spanish interpreters for law and business clients.  Other face-to-face languages we offer include Bosnian (medical, legal, social service, business) and Japanese (business and legal only).

Interpreting for client interviews, HR meetings, staff trainings

Need to hold an HR presentation about insurance open-enrollment for a mixed group of employees, some of which are Spanish-speakers? We provide interpretation for the Spanish-speakers at the same meeting. For law or business client meetings our experts ensure your message is accurately and completely transmitted and culturally appropriate.

Simultaneous interpreting of conferences and business meetings

We provide and set up the equipment needed for our simultaneous interpretation of your conference or meeting, so it will flow smoothly without interruptions. This may include sets of headphones and microphones for the presenters, interpreters, and attendees.

Escort interpreting for local guests

Our professional interpreter-cultural ambassador will accompany your foreign language-speaking guests on local outings or meetings and tours at your facility.

Document Translation

We perform accurate and culturally-appropriate translation of any size document, and we exclusively employ translators certified by the American Translators Association or their foreign equivalent. Anything in print we translate: consent forms, letters to patients or clients, office intake forms, employee and product manuals, surveys, websites, etc.  We offer document translation to and from any language via our world-wide team of certified translators and proofreaders.  We vet them for you and ensure that the expertise of the linguist working with your project corresponds to your company's industry.  Our project manager handles all communication among the team throughout the process to ensure a flawless finished product and on-time delivery.  

Proofreading and editing of previously-translated materials

Like to verify that a document you have on file was correctly translated and is culturally appropriate? We will proofread and edit your previously-translated materials or documents translated by your staff to ensure that the document best represents your organization and contains no errors or cultural faux pas.

Website language conversion
